Orders are usually shipped within 3-5 working days if all items are in stock. In case of delays, we will contact you to arrange a solution.
If you purchase ready-to-ship items along with your pre-order, your order will be fulfilled when the pre-order is ready. If you wish to receive the other items sooner you must place a separate order.
For international orders please allow 12 to 14 days for delivery.
- Please note that we do our best to protect vinyl records ideally for shipping, using reinforced mailers and additional cardboard squares. However, we can not guarantee that no damage on the way occurs. Ordering is at one's own risk. Vinyl might be delivered unsealed as we have to open copies to check vinyl colours, if not sufficiently labeled by the distributer / label.
- All sales are considered 'final sale'. Returns accepted only in the case of defective product or mis-shipment.
- If you wish to cancel your unshipped order, there is a now a 10% deduction from the original payment you made. This covers the payment processing fees which aren't refunded back to us, as well as the inconvenience caused of having our inventory unavailable to others for a period of time.
- Please make sure to provide a COMPLETE address. If you leave out an Apartment, Suite or Floor number, it is likely the post office will return the package to us. In that case you would need to repay the shipping cost again, plus any associated cost we are charged by the post office for the return postage on your package. This is easily avoided by providing complete and total address information.
- A shipping notification will be emailed to you upon shipment of your order. All items are shipped in brand new condition, safely and securely. Once the order is shipped Repose Records is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred in transit to your package. By ordering from this site you agree to these terms.
- AT THIS TIME WE DO NOT COLLECT FROM YOU OR PAY VAT ON BEHALF OF THE CUSTOMER. THE CUSTOMER IS CONSIDERED THE IMPORTER OF RECORD AND IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DUTIES AND CUSTOMS FEES REQUIRED TO BE PAID BY YOUR HOME COUNTRY UPON ARRIVAL THERE. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO KNOW THE SITUATION IN YOUR COUNTRY, NOT OURS! IF YOU GET SURPRISED BY CUSTOMS FEES AND REJECT THE PACKAGE IT WILL NOT BE RETURNED TO US AND WE WILL NOT REFUND YOU. SO MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT YOU'RE DOING BEFORE BUYING.
